On Thursday, March 14, 2013 Bill Wilkerson was in Dubai to speak to an audience numbering well in excess of 600. This audience represented 15 countries from Europe, North America and Africa. 
This speech is the latest in a series outside of Canada that has taken him to San Francisco, Seattle and Orlando (where Mary Ann Baynton also spoke). In June he will be speaking in Los Angeles.
